Yesterday I had one of the best days ever. I documented the arrival of baby Andrew (the adorable son from this maternity session). Even though mom unexpectedly had a c-section, I loved being there to capture the before and after shots for this precious couple. They prayed and hoped for a baby for so long, and then he had to make Mom work even harder to celebrate his arrival...but oh I think it was worth it. They will be amazing parents, they have such love for this little boy already...Here's a small sneak peek of Andrew's birthday yesterday, I will have a slide show up in a few days showcasing everything. P.s. I'm currently offering specials on birth photography, so if you are in the Shreveport/Bossier City area, and expecting a little one, please let me know if you are interested in learning more about birth photography! Don't miss out on capturing the most important day of your life!!

He had the most serene and wise look on his face after he was first born, so alert and calm...
What a beautiful family, don't you think??
Thank you so much P family for allowing me this wonderful opportunity. I can't wait to come back and do Andrew's newborn portraits in a few days. He is such a special little miracle and I loved getting to be there to welcome him into the world!!
